Total refurbishment of 1930’s three-storey semi-detached house.

Our brief was the total refurbishment of 1930’s three-storey semi-detached house.

The insertion of full height glass sliding doors transformed the rear of the house, creating a visual and physical connection to the garden.

Inside, the ground floor layout was reconfigured to incorporate a large open-plan kitchen and family room.

We retained a separate living room at the front and added a new utility room and cloakroom.

On the top floor, we created a new master bedroom suite, with a dressing room, bathroom and bedroom opening onto a private roof terrace.
